According to rumours, the incident occurred in a hotel room in Atlanta while Vin Diesel and his assistant Asta Jonasson were working on the film “Fast Five” in 2010. All allegations levelled against the ‘Fast And Furious’ actor have been officially refuted.

On Thursday, Asta Jonasson filed a Lawsuit in Los Angeles saying that Diesel forced himself on her in an Atlanta hotel suite. According to the lawsuit, she attempted to flee the room after being pushed into Mr Diesel’s bed, but the actor approached her and touched her breasts and kissed her chest.

Vin Diesel’s sister Samantha Vincent, who is also the president of his One Race Productions, fired Asta Jonasson hours later.

“It was clear to her that she was being fired because she was no longer useful — Vin Diesel had used her to fulfil his sexual desires and she had resisted his sexual assaults,” according to the lawsuit.

According to the lawsuit, Asta Jonasson felt like a “piece of trash” and her self-esteem was “demolished.”

According to Asta Jonasson’s attorney, Claire-Lise Kutlay, the lawsuit wants to make Vin Diesel and those who “allowed and covered up his sexual assault accountable for their egregious actions.”

According to the legal complaint, Jonason had worked for Vin Diesel’s film studio for numerous years, doing everything from attending his social parties to taking care of his photographs and events. Greenberg Gross, Jonason’s attorney, confirmed this.

Vin Diesel Denies Accusations

Vin Diesel’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, issued a statement saying, “Let me be very clear, Vin Diesel categorically denies this claim in its entirety.”

This is the first time he’s heard of this more than 13-year-old claim made by a supposedly nine-day employee. There is ample evidence to counter these ridiculous charges.”
