Previous Chief Minister of MP Shivraj Singh Chouhan started the Madhya Pradesh Ladli Bahna Yojana on the occasion of Narmada Jayanti for the needy sisters living in the state. According to the government’s plan, these Underprivileged Women will receive monthly Cash Support.
MP Ladli Behna Yojana Objectives
The main objective of starting the scheme is to provide financial assistance to the women of low-class and poor families living in the state of MP so that they too can fulfil their needs.
Women will be able to use the funds received under the scheme according to their own. With the money received from the scheme, women will be able to become self-empowered.
MP Ladli Behna Yojana Eligibility Criteria
- Only women who are Permanent Residents of Madhya Pradesh will be eligible for the scheme.
- The government will provide financial assistance under this scheme to the middle-class and poor women living in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
- Women belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes and General Categories will be entitled to apply for the scheme.
- The age of the woman applying for this scheme should be a minimum of 23 years and a maximum of 60 years from January 1, 2024.
- Such women who are not taking advantage of any pension scheme even after crossing the age of 60 years will be given the benefit of this scheme.
- Apart from this, women in rural areas whose annual income is more than Rs 2.5 lakh will not get the benefit of this scheme.
- Also, if the women of rural areas have more than 5 acres of land, they will not be eligible for this scheme.
- Along with this, the families who have four-wheelers will also not get its benefit.

How to Apply for Ladli Behan Yojana
There are two ways to apply for the CM Ladli Behna Yojana – Offline and Online.
Offline Apply:
If you want to apply offline, then for this you can go to your nearest Anganwadi Centre and get the information about the scheme as well as the Application Form of the scheme.
Some camps will also be organized by the Government for application in different areas of the village and city, you can get the application form from there also. After receiving the application form, you have to submit it by filling it out and attaching photocopies of all the documents in it. In this way, your application form will be filled out.
Online Apply:
